Our Processes provide the stages of your project journey with us at Greenpark. Our process model provides you with initial information to progress with a unique opportunity, and through face to face meeting and collaborative seminars we will provide you the information to ensure the decision is the right one for your clients or yourself.
Our streamline process which, although standardised in structure, can be individually adapted to partners preferences and requirements whilst aligning to project requirements, offering you and your clients one of the best low risk short term investments in the market.

Throughout the process, our members will be communicated through our member liaison team and formally through the use of an individual secure member portal to keep project documentation and updates secure.

Project Analysis

Following the due diligence and validation process we analyse all the content of the investment opportunity.During the preparation for our members analysis includes:

  • Review and clarification on any areas within the documentation to ensure we understand the information before sharing with our members
  • Creation of programme specific Questions and Answers. As we analyse the case we will create a suite of questions and answers aligned to the context of the project with review and updates as the project progresses.
  • During our analysis process we take into consideration our members profile and their requirements to diversify their portfolio.Through analysis we can then engage with our member present

Member Proposition

On completion of analysis we will issue a proposition to our members including the following:

  • The investment and opportunity,what the proposition is and how it will be structured
  • Questions and Answers composed for the project which will be uploaded into the secure member portal for ease of access and download
  • Requirements and indicative timelines of the project
  • Collation of relevant documentation and upload to the member portal.The whole process is supported and operated within the member portal providing the right information and releases of new information in a secure environment.
  • Collect feedback from our members in preparation for the Pre-launch

Pre-Launch

Our Pre-launch event dates will be communicated at the front end of our projects.This ensures our members have enough time to plan and schedule their attendance.

Our pre launch events provide a forum to understand everything about the project proposition, how it is structured and delivered to provide a realised benefit.Our pre launch events are structured through individual discussions, collaborative events aligned with our members requirements.Through this structure we can present the details of each unique opportunity and clarify any areas before the next phase of the process.

Subscription Period

Due to the quality of our projects and the propositions we present,our subscription period is often fulfilled within two to four week.This demonstrates our strong relationship with our members and the unique opportunities they are presented with.

Member Support

Subscription to the programme will provide you access to a secure portal. The individual portal will provide you with a range of documents in context to the programme including specific Frequently Asked Questions, investment documentation and communication reports. These will be updated and communicated to you as the project progresses and develops.

As part of our ongoing communications we provide our members with quarterly project updates ensuring any project developments are fully understood.

Project Maturity

As our project matures we will communicate the final settlements and statement of the benefits realised, through your secure portal.

As part of our business improvement strategy, a core function is how we have performed. To understand this, we engage our members and ask for objective feedback back aligned to our operational process. This provides us with areas of improvement in turn delivering an enhanced service for our members.
